Documents Required By Conveyancing Attorneys

The purchaser must sign a document that gives the lawyers the authorisation to register a mortgage over the property for the purpose of securing a loan from a lending institution.

Transfer Duty

The seller and purchaser must sign a document stating the property value and there must be proof of transfer duties paid by the attorneys on behalf of the client to ensure that property transfer can be registered.
